Executive Coach and Human Resources Consultant

Susie’s coaching and consulting, combined with over 25 years of Human Resources experience, provides clients a seasoned and practical perspective that they can find in few other places. Her most recent experience included 10 years leading Perceptive Software’s HR Department through significant growth. Susie specializes in coaching leaders on the move – either moving into, up or out of leadership positions. Susie’s coaching clients benefit from her holistic approach where her client’s whole life is included in the coaching process and her approach and tools serve to deepen the client’s self-awareness.

She continues to consult on HR related projects with organizations who are striving to maintain or accomplish an award-winning culture where employees feel valued. Susie holds a BS in Personnel Administration from the University of Kansas. She is a CPCC (Certified Professional Coactive Coach) obtained through Coaches Training Institute, an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credentialed by the International Coach Federation and a Social + Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach through ISEI.  

Susie lives in Kansas City with her husband and they have 2 children.
