John Moore, CEO, PCC

John has led in key positions within organizations ranging from 30 to 180,000 people and his leadership was marked by a commitment to excellence in performance and character. He has combat experience at every level, including a combat parachute assault, and broad experience in global humanitarian relief operations. John’s global experience includes Eastern & Western Europe, Asia, Australia, and North & South America. During his last 10 years of service, he was the Army’s subject matter expert on leader and organizational development and was the Director of the Army’s School for Command Preparation. He has 8 years’ experience as a professor on the leadership faculty of the US Military Academy at West Point and the Army’s Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth.

 

In 2012, John founded Moore Strength Executive Leadership and Business Advisors and has created and implemented executive and leadership development programs in a range of businesses and industry sectors. These programs create positive organizational climates where personal accountability and initiative, collaboration, trust and alignment are the standard. These are the keys to business growth.
