Les brings extensive experience in management and strategic leadership development consulting into being an innovative thought leader for his profession. After working at GE Healthcare in various roles in organizational development and talent management, then as VP at Battelle Memorial Institute, the world's largest contract research firm. He was a pioneer of the Learning from Experience selection interviewing process, numerous research-based learning to learn applications, the 3D Organizational chess model of strategically aligned leadership and executive education and accelerated development processes. In addition to his specialized processes for identifying the future potential of leaders, he has been a Lominger Master Associate, served on the board of the Human Resource Planning Society and Chaired their professional development activities. For the past 28 years Les has leveraged his hands-on strategic leadership experience as an independent global business consultant in his firm, Woller and Associates
